Rings
I've taken a few ring shots lately that I thought I'd share. The first one I sent to Kevin on Valentine's Day of my ring. He didn't notice the heart until I pointed it out! The second one is from the last time Kevin brought me roses for no reason. I love taking pictures of roses and of my ring, so I put them together! The last three are of Katie's wedding set. She was admiring my ring pictures and I just happened to have 5 dozen roses from Kevin, so I whipped up a few shots for her!

Laura - Maternity
Laura, Katie, and I have been best friends since kindergarten. Almost 20 years later, we're still close! After our weekly dinner together, we did a quick maternity shoot for Laura. I took the pictures and Katie provided the comic relief. This is the first baby in our little group, so we're all especially excited! Laura's probably pretty tired of us with our hands all over her belly. Just a few more weeks and we won't even be interested in her anymore! I can't wait to meet this little guy and I'm already so in love with him. He'll be making his grand debut here within the next few weeks - the sooner the better! Expect lots of pictures of cute little baby butt! I'm hoping he comes before Easter because I have the cutest idea for newborn pictures!
Laura has the most perfect little pregnant belly - not a stretch mark to be found! I'm sure that the baby will be sick of me with a camera in his face really fast so I thought I'd start breaking him in now! We'll start with the belly pics and get them over with first since these make Laura the most uncomfortable! Her belly's so cute - she should be showing it off!

I'd really appreciate it if someone would make a set of blocks with an apostrophe block. I can't handle using improper English! I'm still pondering how to Photoshop one in without looking weird.

I can't take enough pictures of this little weenie! She's finally decided to like me, but she's still not too sure of the camera. As long as I stay at a distance, she'll let me take a few pictures. She's such a photogenic little dog!
I couldn't have thought of a cuter pose myself!

Gateway Church
I haven't posted anything for a while, but I'm still alive. I've been shooting some headshots that aren't too exciting, unless you're in them!
On Sunday, I took a group shot at my church to hang up at a local restaurant. I've been attending Gateway Church for about 2 1/2 years. It's a church plant, so it's new and without all of the old rules and traditions. We finally have our own building, which is wonderful because we had previously been meeting in schools or renting spaces. A building isn't essential, but it's been really nice to not have to set up our sound system and projector every week.
Here we are! I took the picture using a remote. I could see everyone posed beforehand, but I got into the picture (far right) and almost cut myself out. Of course it would be me that would be almost out of my own picture!
Hopefully soon, you'll be seeing this photo hanging in Ryan's with all of the other church photos. We'll be the first to have the actual church, not just a building!

Audio Tomorrow - Charleston, WV
Audio Tomorrow (Kyle, Cody, Ethan, and Zack) and I went out downtown today and had fun taking some pictures. These guys are young, but they have a great band! Check them out here: http://www.myspace.com/audiotomorrow . One day, when they're famous, I can say that I took their first pictures!
