Mathias - Copenhagen, Denmark/South Point, OH senior

This is Mathias, aka Matt. He's also an exchange student. Matt came along with Bill and Joaquim for the photo shoot. He and Joaquim have become good friends over the school year. Matt also has the coolest accent I've ever heard and my dog was in love with him!

Joaquim - Sao Paulo, Brazil/South Point, OH senior

Joaquim, or "King" as he's often called, is an exchange student living in South Point, OH. He's finishing up his school year here and will return to Brazil soon. He'll be graduating in December from high school. King is staying with my cousin while he's here, so it was a fun session with everyone!

Zack - Capital High School Class of 2009

I had a hard time choosing which pictures to share on the blog! Zack is graduating from Capital High School in a few weeks. In the fall, he'll be heading to Huntington to attend Marshall.
Zack's a musician, so he brought his guitar with him. I love it!

Sarah and Luke - Engagement

Sarah and Luke and I met halfway for all of us at Dunbar Wine Cellar Park. We had a break from the rain for their session, but I didn't think about how saturated the ground would be. We were all wet (and a little muddy!) from at least mid-calf down. We had a great session, though, despite the small lakes in the middle of the park. Congratulations, Sarah and Luke! I had a great time with you!

5 Generations - Family portrait

You don't see this everyday! Today I took pictures of 5 generations of women together in the home of Mrs. Young. I'm honored to have had the privilege to capture these photos.

Oldest and youngest

Morgan - Capital High Class of 2009

When I asked Morgan what she wanted out of her pictures, she told me "classy and black and white". Classy is exactly how I would describe Morgan. She was a photographer's dream - she was happy to be in front of the camera! Morgan's graduating in a few weeks and she'll be heading to Marshall in the fall to become a nurse. Congratulations, Morgan! I had fun taking your pictures!
